Cindy is the operations manager who works behind the scenes to ensure things run efficiently and effectively. Cindy is dedicated to ensuring people can access quality healthcare and are given choice and control regarding their healthcare services.

Armed with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Alberta, Canada, Cindy spent most of her career in the advertising industry working for TBWA Hong Kong and Australia as an Accounts Executive and an Executive Assistant. Dealing with the needs of various companies across the finance, lifestyle and sports industry has equipped her with the skills needed for liaising with the vast array of stakeholders within the healthcare industry.

Outside of work Cindy is a dedicated mum to three little ones who constantly keep her on her toes.

Andrew is the founder of Mobi Healthcare and Mobi Kids. His vision is to create a collaboration of health care professionals to disrupt the current model of healthcare and provide a high quality, community centred solution for allied healthcare needs.

Andrew has Bachelor degrees from UTS in Business (Management) and Computing Science as well as Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney. He is currently an Honorary Clinical Lecturer at Macquarie University. He worked for many years in the banking/IT industry before his yearning to help others drove him to become a Physiotherapist. This combination of corporate experience and front-line healthcare has placed him perfectly to lead a high quality, progressive, results focused team driven to succeed in the crowded landscape of health care providers.

He currently provides hydrotherapy services for our paediatric clients as he loves the sensory nature and buoyancy of the water to assist in achieving a client’s functional goals.

Lauren is a dedicated paediatric physiotherapist with a deep passion for enriching the lives of young children facing developmental delays and rare genetic and neurological conditions. Graduating from Western Sydney University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy, she embarked on her journey at NAPA Centre in Sydney, where she underwent rigorous training in intensive therapy approaches with NeuroSuit, Spidercage, UGUL, and Vibration Therapy.

During her tenure, Lauren discovered her calling providing early intervention to young children with disabilities, particularly those aged 0-5 with complex physical and neurological presentations like Cerebral Palsy, Arthrogryposis Congenita, Spinal Muscular Atrophy, and other rare genetic disorders. Her empathetic and nurturing demeanor fosters trust and confidence, creating a fun and supportive environment where children can flourish.

Committed to staying abreast of advancement in her field, Lauren pursues continuous learning and professional development. She holds specialised certifications in CME – Cuevas Medek Exercises (Level II) and TASES – Task Specific Electrical stimulation (Level II), allowing her to tailor therapy sessions to the unique needs of each child.

Through her unwavering dedication and genuine care, Lauren continues to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families, inspiring hope, and resilience every step of the way.

Outside of Mobi Kids, you’ll catch Lauren playing tennis, cooking up a storm for her family or snowboarding at Perisher.

Irene is our passionate head of client management. With care, constant communication and openness, Irene focuses on providing a guiding hand through the complexities of the health care system and assists in the provision of services required for each individual client.

She is a former registered nurse and holds an Associate Diploma of Business Management. She has worked in both the public sector with the Department of Aging, Disability and Home Care and in the private sector for over 30 years. Irene has also previously served as the Secretary for the Minister of Disability in NSW during her public sector tenure. During that time, she was exposed to the huge changes that have occurred within the industry and has been instrumental in facilitating trends in the market around service standards.

Irene brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from the disability services sector and remains a strong and well-respected advocate within the disability, mental health and child services community.

Outside of her work she loves spending her time on cruises and with her five beautiful grandkids.

Adela, a dedicated medical receptionist at Mobi Kids, takes pride in extending a warm smile and cordial welcome to all visitors. Adela prioritises fostering a friendly and professional atmosphere, always ready to address enquiries with care. Pursuing post-graduate studies in Psychology, Adela has a keen eye for detail and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service during your clinic visit.

Eva, is an important part of our medical reception team. She is the friendly voice on the phone and prides herself on making our clients feel comfortable and at ease when they visit our clinic. With a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Science under her belt she is currently undertaking further study to become an Occupational Therapist.

Hong is a passionate paediatric physiotherapist who strives to help children reach their full potential through compassion, creativity, and goal-directed therapy. Hong loves to bring fun and enjoyment into her sessions. Her passion for working with children has been profoundly influenced by a diverse range of professional experiences and volunteering engagements within the paediatric community, sparking a deep-seated commitment to improving children’s lives. After graduating from Western Sydney University, Hong transitioned into a rewarding career focused on paediatric intervention. Her professional journey includes working with children facing various conditions and disabilities – including Developmental Delay, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Spinal Muscular Atrophy, Torticollis, and more. Hong’s special interests lie in early intervention and neurological physiotherapy. When she is not at work, Hong enjoys spending time outdoors playing tennis, listening to music, as well as cooking.

Clare has a linguistics degree and has completed her Masters in Speech and Language Pathology in 2009 at Macquarie University. Clare has since worked with people of all ages, with neurodiversity as well as individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities.

Clare’s main area of interest and specialisation is communication, specifically Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC). Try to get Clare to stop talking about those things! It is really important to her that her clients have a voice to share not only their needs but their thoughts and opinions too. Clare has experience in both trial, implementation and funding support of both low tech AAC and high-tech speech generating devices, including eye-gaze devices.

Clare is highly experienced in dysphagia management and can provide assessment and mealtime management advice and mealtime management plans that are considerate of the persons abilities and quality of life. Additionally, Clare can treat stuttering (fluency) and speech sound disorders such as apraxia, articulation and phonological disorders.

Outside of the awesome work leading the speech pathology team she loves making art, gardening, crocheting as well as playing soccer.

Clara is a Speech Pathologist with a keen focus on serving the ever-increasing need for speech therapy in the community since her graduation in 2014.

Her primary interest lies in collaborating closely with children and their stakeholders, (I.e. families, teachers, educators and support workers) to educate them with strategies to improve the child’s speech, language, and literacy needs. Clara firmly believes that she sees the greatest gains when a child’s stakeholders carryover the recommended strategies outside of their formal session.

Clara also holds special interests in working in early intervention and with children with various disabilities using Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC) approaches, including both low-tech and high-tech methods. She is constantly seeking out learning opportunities, researching and upskilling to bring best practice strategies to her clients. Clara has a thorough understanding of the NDIS processes due to her experience working as an ECEI NDIS planner and is Hanen trained in the ‘It Takes Two to Talk’ program.

When not at work, Clara enjoys watching dramas, playing video games, traveling and trying new cuisines.

Kim is committed to the collaborative approach which involves working closely with families, teachers, carers and other health professionals to provide a holistic approach to therapy. Kim values high clinical standards and always seeks to collaborate with others to deliver personalised interventions that are results driven and meaningful to clients.

Kim completed her Masters degree in Speech Pathology at the University of Sydney in 2020. She provides services in speech, language, voice, fluency, literacy and social communication. Kim also has experience with swallowing difficulties and has recently expanded her training to include paediatric feeding.

Kim has completed training in ‘Sounds-Write’ (a literacy program) and ‘DIRFloortime,’ (an evidence-based approach that guides interventions for children with Autism). Kim is constantly looking to upskill her craft to provide effective therapy techniques to assist her client’s needs.

Outside of work Kim enjoys watching and playing sports, experiencing a beautiful coastal walk or reading a great novel.

Jasse holds a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy with honours from the University of Sydney. Jasse has over 10 years of experience working both privately and with NSW Health. With her vast public and private experience and knowledge she leads our team of Occupational Therapists with high quality expert care and attention to detail being a key focus.

Jasse specialises in physical disability and has special interest in seating and wheelchair prescription, task retraining and upper limb therapy including neurological splinting and casting. Additionally, Jasse has been formally trained in a variety of assessments and intervention including baby and toddler development, paediatric constraint induced movement therapy, bimanual therapy and assessing adaptive function.

She enjoys working with clients throughout their lifespan from pre-term infants to school and post school aged teenagers.

When not at work you’ll probably find Jasse at pilates, ballroom dancing, or with her cat, Frankel.

Irvine is a dedicated and passionate Paediatric Occupational Therapist who completed his Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at Western Sydney University in 2022. With experience working with a diverse range of clients across different ages and diagnoses, Irvine has developed a deep commitment to supporting clients and their families in achieving their therapy goals.

Irvine’s special interest in helping families find the right assistive technology equipment such as paediatric wheelchairs, specialised seating, positioning equipment so that their child can experience independence and freedom.

Creative and playful in his therapeutic approach, Irvine finds joy in integrating functional play-based activities into his sessions, fostering significant growth and unlocking potential in his young clients. He takes pride in guiding families through their therapeutic journey, offering education and strategies to support their child’s development.

Outside of work, Irvine enjoys staying active by playing sports, spending time at the beach, and exploring new culinary experiences.

Cherilyn (Lin) is a dedicated paediatric Occupational Therapist with a Master’s degree from the University of Sydney. Passionate about working with children, she has experience and special interests in supporting children with a variety of conditions and disabilities, including ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder), ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder), Global Developmental Delay, Down Syndrome and more!

With hands-on experience in the paediatric setting, Lin specialises in providing individualised therapy plans tailored to each child’s unique needs and developmental goals. Her gentle and calm approach empowers children to reach their full potential, build confidence, and thrive in everyday activities, including handwriting, socialising with peers, and self-care tasks such as toileting and dressing.

Lin believes that effective therapy involves a collaborative approach. She achieves this by working closely with families, educators, and other professionals to create a supportive network around each child. Additionally, Lin is committed to making a positive difference in the lives of children and their families by continuously seeking the latest research and training in paediatric occupational therapy, ensuring she brings the best practices to her work.

Outside MobiKids, Lin enjoys exploring cafes, spending time with family and friends, cooking, and going on coastal walks.
